Meet team 39D

We would love to introduce you to the team at 39D who are here to look after your business. Each member of the team brings different skills and views on solutions we can offer your businesses. If you ever would like to come and meet the team in person you are always welcomed to visit our office. We will even put the kettle on for you. 

MATTHEW - Founder

Matthew has always worked in the Technology / IT / Internet industry. Starting straight from College in a voice and data cabling company, Cisco Network Systems, Matthew travelled around the world installing large projects of Cat5 and Fibre installs of over 4000 points with build interconnects. Matthew then spent 2 years at Visa where he helped manage the telecoms for an office of over 2000 staff, actively helping to cut call costs and ensure the up time of all systems. Following a move to ISP, Matthew expanded his knowledge in the active side of computer networking and telecoms in the day of dial up servers. At ISP, Matthew helped ensure the successful planning and roll out of high-speed internet services (ADSL services). He also spent 3 years delivering and helping ISP with their disaster recovery planning and cyber security planning. Matthew gets real enjoyment from passing on his knowledge and skillset and has always had a passion in delivering new tech services. From a young age and still today, he also gets loves to take apart electrical devices and learn how to fix them. Sailing and Kayaking are his other passions and Matthew spent 3 years teaching people how to kayak. In his free time, Matthew sails his yacht around the country, and has completed an 1800 mile journey including the Bay of Biscay crossing with 2 fellow Sailors.

Mitchell - Network Manager

Mitchell joined the team in 2016. With Mitchell growing up in the days of Dial up broadband he has seen the changing face of technology. Day to day Mitchell looks after front line support for over 200 local businesses including IT support and telecoms. He also is responsible for monitoring the health of client end points and our infrastructure. When not in work Mitchell is a avid gamer, enjoys cooking and building electronic projects.

Peter - Technical Solution's delivery

Peter joined the team in 2018 helping to provide bespoke connectivity to a range of clients in rural locations. Working with some of the biggest internet providers in the UK, Peter helps get businesses connected to the internet and their businesses benefit from faster broadband speeds.​

Melvyn - Customer Success Manager

Melvyn joined the team in 2017 to help provide a more personal touch to our clients during the sales process. With over 30 years experience in sales and marketing Melvyn is on hand to ensure all our clients get the right services for their business.

Elizabeth - Digital Marketing Apprentice

Elizabeth joined the team in 2020 to help the team with the companies presence online, including Social Media.

Our Office Location

Our Head Office, Runway House, is situated on North Weald Airfield, a fully operational aviation aerodrome that was one the most important fighting stations during the Battle of Britain.

The airfield is now home to the North Weald Airfield Museum and the Herts and Essex Air Ambulance service, in addition to a wide-range of small businesses.  The airfield also hosts a growing number of events including one of the UKs largest Saturday Markets, Classic Car events and of course, classic Air Shows.

We actively encourage all of our clients to come and visit Runway House at the airfield and take in the fascinating surroundings. While you’re here, why not enjoy something nice to eat and drink at one of the local cafes located on the airfield? The Wings Café and the nostalgic Squadron ‘NAAFI’ Mess bar are two of the area’s most popular places to eat.
